Artist's Comments

Almost finished project I've been working on for a while. It was done in Photoshop and Painter. I'm planning on making it old and weathered, like an old poster. This is one of my favorite movies that's come out in the past couple years. Please comment and make suggestions.

Wonderful charactures! The background could use a little something though. I'm thinking some soft/off-focus outdoor scene or maybe just some gradient shading, dunno, but it just needs something to fill the top left and right sides.

agreeing somewhat with al-b...but not something to fill it up, just to set a scenery or something...but your drawings are great...can't wait til the finished version comes...

Jawdrop OMG! I LOVE this! It's sooo awesome! I love that movie! Perfect characterizations!

I think just doing the weathering, etc. like you said would be awesome, or yeah, the scene would look good too...bet it would be awesome either way!

That's fantastic man. Especially the severe exaggerations of our friend at the lower right.

I like the weathered idea as well - might consider doing it as a "Wanted" poster if you dont have plans for the background.

There are three sides to every story: yours, mine and the truth

Yeah, this is very nice. The drawings are very well-done and the painting is also terrific.

There are two things I think are kind of off, though. First, I think the title text is perhaps too close to the top face. Second, I don't like how the guy on the right extends past the border, but the guy on the left does not. I think either they both should break the border or neither should.
